Target Information
LIPG (Lipase G, Endothelial type)는 lipoprotein lipase 유전자 패밀리에 속하는 새로운 종류의 endothelial lipase입니다.
LIPG는 내피세포에서 합성되어 합성 부위에서 기능하며, 지단백 대사를 조절하는 생리적 역할을 수행하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
LIPG의 과발현은 HDL 콜레스테롤 수치를 감소시키며, 결핍 시 HDL 수치가 상승하는 경향을 보입니다.
또한 LIPG는 상당한 phospholipase 활성을 가지며, 지질 대사 및 혈관 생물학에 관여합니다.
TG lipase 패밀리의 특징적인 lid region을 통해 기질 특이성을 가지며, 고밀도 지단백을 가수분해하고 트리글리세리드를 유화시키며 식이 지방의 소화에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
