이 플레이트는 인간 RNase P 유전자의 게놈 복제본을 검출 및 정량화하기 위한 시약이 미리 로드된 밀봉형 Optical 96-Well Fast Thermal Cycling Plate입니다.
각 웰에는 1X TaqMan® Universal PCR Master Mix, RNase P 프라이머, FAM™ 형광 탐침, 템플릿이 포함되어 있습니다.

설치 검증 기준은 장비가 단일 웰에서 5,000~10,000 게놈 등가물을 99.7% 신뢰수준으로 구분할 수 있어야 합니다.
