Target Information
Naxitamab is a humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the GD2 antigen.
The GD2 antigen is expressed on the surface of tumors derived from neuroectodermal tissue, including neuroblastoma, melanoma, and osteosarcoma.
By binding to GD2, naxitamab induces antibody-dependent cytotoxicity and complement activation, contributing to tumor cell killing.
