Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional round of desalting using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The SNX9 gene encodes a member of the sorting nexin family containing a phox (PX) domain for phosphoinositide binding, involved in intracellular trafficking.
SNX9 lacks a coiled-coil region but includes an SH3 domain near its N-terminus.
It interacts with precursor forms of ADAM9 and ADAM15, and binds the β-appendage domain of adaptor protein 2 (AP-2), assisting its role at the plasma membrane.
SNX9 also interacts with activated Cdc42-associated kinase-2 to regulate epidermal growth factor receptor degradation.
