Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
The AFAP1 protein is a Src-binding partner that may modulate actin filament integrity in response to cellular signals. It functions as an adaptor protein linking Src family members and other signaling proteins to actin filaments. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
