The monoclonal rat IgG1 kappa is useful as an isotype control immunoglobulin.

• Applications Reported: Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
• Applications Tested: Tested on mouse splenocytes and human peripheral blood cells; use at same concentration as experimental antibody.
• Fluorochrome: Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 805 (BUV805) emits at 797 nm; use with UV (355 nm) laser-equipped cytometers.
• Light Sensitivity: Protect from light to prevent photo-induced oxidation.
• Fixation: Compatible with IC Fixation Buffer or 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution for up to 3 days at 4°C in dark.
• Methanol Compatibility: Suitable for short-term methanol fixation (<1 hour).
• Excitation/Emission: 355 nm / 797 nm (Ultraviolet Laser).
