Phospho-RRAS (Tyr66) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of RRAS only when phosphorylated at Tyr66.
Target Information
The Ras superfamily of small GTPases includes Ras, Rho, Arf, Rab, and Ran families. Ras-regulated signaling pathways control cellular functions such as actin cytoskeletal integrity, proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, apoptosis, and migration. These GTPases act as molecular switches cycling between GDP-bound inactive and GTP-bound active forms. Ras proteins are membrane-associated via prenylation, and mutations in Ras proto-oncogenes (H-Ras, N-Ras, K-Ras) are common in various human tumors, including lung, colorectal, pancreatic, bladder, kidney, thyroid, melanoma, and hematologic malignancies.
