Target Information
NUDT15는 일부 nucleoside diphosphate 유도체의 가수분해를 매개합니다. 8-oxo-dGTP를 분해하여 DNA 내 산화 손상된 구아닌 형태(7,8-dihydro-8-oxoguanine)를 제거함으로써 DNA 내 잘못된 삽입을 방지하고 A:T → C:G 전환을 예방합니다.
또한 PCNA와의 상호작용을 통해 DNA 합성과 세포 주기 진행에 관여할 가능성이 있습니다.
