Notes
- GFP primer-1 is designed for detection of EGFP and AcGFP1 sequences.
- GFP primer-2 is designed for detection of EGFP sequence only and cannot be used for AcGFP1 detection.
- lacZ primer-1 and -2 are designed for lacZ (beta-galactosidase) gene detection and target different gene sequences.
- Reference primer-1 targets a part of the Ywhaz gene on mouse chromosome 15.
- Reference primer-2 targets a part of the Raver2 gene on mouse chromosome 4.
