Target Information
ATP5J2는 미토콘드리아 ATP 합성효소의 F0 복합체 도메인에 속하는 단백질로, 전자전달계에 의해 생성된 양성자 기울기를 이용해 ADP로부터 ATP를 생성합니다. 이 복합체는 용해성 촉매 핵심(F1)과 막 관통성 구성요소(Fo)로 이루어져 있으며, ATP5J2는 Fo 복합체의 f 소단위를 암호화합니다. 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 2개의 이소폼이 생성됩니다.
