Target Information
CD73 (Ecto-5-prime-nucleotidase, 5-prime-ribonucleotide phosphohydrolase)는 중성 pH에서 퓨린 5'-모노뉴클레오티드를 뉴클레오사이드로 전환시키는 효소로, 주로 AMP를 기질로 사용합니다. CD73은 70 kDa의 동일한 두 소단위체로 구성된 이합체 형태로, 세포막에 glycosyl phosphatidyl inositol 결합을 통해 부착되어 있습니다.
CD73은 림프구 분화의 마커로 사용되며, 결핍 시 다양한 면역결핍 질환이 발생할 수 있습니다.
CD73 유전자는 염색체 6q14-q21에 위치하며, 돌연변이는 관절 및 동맥 석회화, 장결핵 등을 유발할 수 있습니다. 두 가지 전사 변이체가 알려져 있습니다.
