Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve approximately 1 mg/mL antibody concentration.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
RAB30 (Ras-related protein Rab-30) is a small GTPase involved in intracellular membrane trafficking, including vesicle formation and fusion. RAB30 cycles between inactive GDP-bound and active GTP-bound states, recruiting downstream effectors for vesicle movement and fusion. It is essential for maintaining Golgi apparatus integrity, possibly through interactions with cytoplasmic scaffolding proteins.
