Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is an integral membrane G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). It shares sequence similarity with GPR7 and structural similarity with opioid and somatostatin receptors. This receptor binds neuropeptides B and W and is expressed primarily in the frontal cortex of the brain. The gene is intronless.
