Target Information
SPATA13는 RHOA, RAC1 및 CDC42 GTPase에 대한 guanine nucleotide exchange factor(GEF)로 작용하며, 세포 이동과 부착의 조립 및 해체를 조절합니다. RAC1과 CDC42 활성은 증가시키고, 활성형 RHOA 양은 감소시킵니다. 대장암 세포에서 JNK 신호 경로를 통한 MMP9 발현 조절에 필요하며, 종양 혈관신생 및 장 선종 형성과 진행에 관여합니다.
