Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibodies are produced using in vitro expression systems by cloning specific antibody DNA sequences from immunoreactive rabbits. Individual clones are screened to select optimal candidates for production.

Target Information
IGFBP3 belongs to the insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family. The encoded protein contains both an IGFBP domain and a thyroglobulin type-I domain. It forms a ternary complex with insulin-like growth factor acid-labile subunit (IGFALS) and either IGF-I or IGF-II, which circulates in plasma to prolong IGF half-life and modulate receptor interactions. Multiple isoforms exist due to alternative splicing.
Diseases associated with IGFBP3 include Insulin-Like Growth Factor I and Acid-Labile Subunit Deficiency.
