GRP1 (General Receptor for Phosphoinositides-1)은 Pleckstrin homology (PH) 도메인과 Sec7 도메인을 포함하고 있습니다.
PH 도메인은 phosphatidylinositol 3,4,5-trisphosphate [PtdIns(3,4,5)P3]에 높은 결합 친화성을 가지며, Sec7 도메인은 ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) 단백질의 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 교환을 촉진합니다.
