For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

The STAB2 gene encodes a large transmembrane receptor protein involved in angiogenesis, lymphocyte homing, cell adhesion, and receptor scavenging.
This receptor includes:

• 7 fasciclin domains
• 15 EGF-like domains
• 2 laminin-type EGF-like domains
• A C-type lectin-like hyaluronan-binding Link module

It is primarily expressed on sinusoidal endothelial cells of the liver, spleen, and lymph nodes.
STAB2 binds and endocytoses ligands such as hyaluronan, LDL, bacteria, and advanced glycosylation end products, supporting its role as a scavenger receptor cycling between the plasma membrane and lysosomes.
