Target Information
RAB3IP는 Guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF)로, RAB8A 및 RAB8B를 활성화할 수 있습니다. GDP를 GTP로 교환시켜 비활성 상태의 Rab 단백질을 활성형으로 전환시키며, RAB8A 및 RAB8B에서 GDP의 방출을 매개하지만 RAB3A 또는 RAB5에서는 그렇지 않습니다. 또한 actin 조직을 조절하고 RAB8A-특이적 소포의 극성 수송을 촉진합니다. RAB11A, RAB8A, exocyst complex, PARD3, PRKCI, ANXA2, CDC42 및 DNMBP와 함께 PODXL의 apical membrane initiation site(AMIS)로의 transcytosis, apical surface 형성 및 lumenogenesis를 촉진합니다.
