Target Information
Diacylglycerol (DAG)는 세포 내에서 단백질 키나아제 C(PKC) 및 구아닌 뉴클레오타이드 교환 인자의 활성화에 관여하는 중요한 신호전달 분자입니다. DGK(Diacylglycerol kinase)는 DAG를 인산화하여 phosphatidic acid로 전환함으로써 세포 내 DAG 수준을 조절합니다.
Human DGK-α (80 kDa), -β (90 kDa), -γ (90 kDa)는 N-말단에 calcium-binding EF-hand motif를 가지며 type I DGK로 분류됩니다.
Human DGK-δ (130 kDa) 및 DGK-ι (130 kDa)는 N-말단에 pleckstrin homology (PH) domain을 포함한 type II DGK입니다.
Human DGK-ε (64 kDa)는 별도의 조절 도메인을 가지지 않으며 type III DGK로 분류됩니다.
Human DGK-Ω (104 kDa) 및 DGK-ι (130 kDa)는 C-말단에 ankyrin repeat를 가지며 type IV DGK로 분류됩니다.
