Target Information
Anti-Mouse 2차 항체는 Mouse 면역글로불린에 대한 특이성이 확인된 친화 정제 항체로, 목표 단백질의 검출, 분리, 정제에 유용합니다. HRP, AP, 형광 등 다양한 검출 시스템과 호환되며, 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합함으로써 신호 증폭을 통한 높은 민감도를 제공합니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 대상 종의 면역글로불린 혼합물로 면역화된 숙주 동물에서 생성되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절단, 표지 결합 등의 과정을 통해 높은 특이성을 갖춘 시약으로 정제됩니다.
