The MA1-90371 immunogen was raised against a yeast nucleolar preparation containing Lys20p and Nop1p/fibrillarin proteins.

Target Information
Lys20 and Lys21 are two isozymes of yeast homocitrate synthase. Both proteins are localized to the nucleoplasm of the nucleus and share 90% homology.
