For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Required for normal progression of S-phase.
Important for cell survival after DNA damage or replication stress.
May be required for the ATR-CHK1 pathway in the replication checkpoint induced by hydroxyurea or ultraviolet light.
