Product Specific Information
- For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to reach a final antibody concentration of about 1 mg/mL.
- For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (e.g., using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
- Required for normal progression of S-phase.
- Important for cell survival after DNA damage or replication stress.
- May be required for the ATR-CHK1 pathway in the replication checkpoint induced by hydroxyurea or ultraviolet light.
