Target Information

UCK1 (Uridine-Cytidine Kinase 1)는 uridine과 cytidine을 각각 uridine monophosphate와 cytidine monophosphate로 인산화한다.
Deoxyribonucleosides나 purine ribonucleosides는 인산화하지 않는다. ATP 또는 GTP를 인산기 공여체로 사용할 수 있으며, 6-azauridine, 5-fluorouridine, 4-thiouridine, 5-bromouridine, N(4)-acetylcytidine, N(4)-benzoylcytidine, 5-fluorocytidine, 2-thiocytidine, 5-methylcytidine, N(4)-anisoylcytidine 등 다양한 nucleoside analog도 인산화할 수 있다.
