MoBU-1 클론은 BrdU에 대해 높은 특이성을 가지며 EdU와 교차 반응하지 않습니다. 또한 RNA에 포함된 bromouridine (BrU) 또는 DNA 손상 부위에 포함된 BrdUTP를 검출할 수 있습니다. Alexa Fluor™ 접합체는 형광 현미경 및 고내용 이미지 분석에 직접 사용 가능하며, 비접합 및 비오틴 접합체는 각각 2차 항체 또는 streptavidin 접합체가 필요합니다. Flow Cytometry 응용에도 사용 가능합니다.
Target Information
Bromodeoxyuridine (5-bromo-2-deoxyuridine, BrdU)는 thymidine의 합성 유사체로, 세포 증식 검출에 널리 사용됩니다. BrdU는 DNA 복제 중 S기 동안 새로 합성된 DNA에 포함될 수 있으며, BrdU 특이 항체를 통해 DNA 복제 중인 세포를 검출할 수 있습니다. 항체 결합을 위해 일반적으로 DNA를 산 또는 열 처리로 변성시킵니다.
