Target Information
Apolipoprotein H has been implicated in various physiological pathways, including lipoprotein metabolism, coagulation, and the production of antiphospholipid autoantibodies. APOH may act as a cofactor for anionic phospholipid binding by antiphospholipid autoantibodies found in sera of patients with lupus and primary antiphospholipid syndrome, though it is not required for reactivity associated with infections.
