Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments using this carrier-free antibody, an additional desalting step is recommended (e.g., Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
NRBF2 (nuclear receptor-binding factor 2) modulates transcriptional activation by target nuclear receptors.
It is involved in starvation-induced autophagy, likely through association with the PI3K complex I (PI3KC3-C1).
NRBF2 stabilizes the PI3KC3-C1 assembly and enhances ATG14-linked lipid kinase activity of PIK3C3.
