MAP3K2 (MEKK2)는 MAP kinase 신호전달 경로에 관여하는 serine/threonine kinase입니다. 이 효소는 IκB kinase를 직접 인산화 및 활성화하여 NF-κB 신호전달에도 관여하며, protein kinase C-related kinase 2와 결합 및 활성화함으로써 세포 내 조절 신호 과정에 참여합니다.
