CNRIP1 (Cannabinoid Receptor Interacting Protein 1) 단백질은 G-단백질 결합 수용체로, cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB1)의 C-말단 꼬리와 상호작용합니다. 이는 시냅스 가소성, 진통, 식욕 조절, 신경 보호에 관여하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
CNRIP1의 한 isoform인 CNRIP1a는 중추신경계(CNS)에서 CB1 수용체의 본질적 활성을 조절하며, 짧은 isoform인 CNRIP1b의 역할은 아직 밝혀지지 않았습니다. CNRIP1은 CNS 약물 개발의 잠재적 표적으로 제안되었습니다.
