Target Information
The product of this gene belongs to the CDC42-binding protein family, which interacts with Rho family GTPases to regulate actin cytoskeleton organization.
This protein binds CDC42 and TC10 GTPases in a GTP-dependent manner. Overexpression in fibroblasts induces pseudopodia formation, suggesting a role in actin filament assembly and cell shape control.
