Target Information
Anti-Mouse secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for mouse immunoglobulins. They are useful in detection, sorting, or purification of their specified targets.
Secondary antibodies provide versatility across detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence) and enhance sensitivity via signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to yield highly specific reagents.
