Description:
Ba13 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse CD200R3, a surface receptor expressed by basophils and mast cells.
Applications Reported:
Reported for use in flow cytometric analysis.
Applications Tested:
Tested by flow cytometric analysis of MC/9 cell line. Recommended ≤0.25 µg per test (100 µL final volume). Cell number should be determined empirically (10^5–10^8 cells/test). Antibody should be titrated for optimal performance.

Target Information
CD200R3 (also known as CD200RLb) is a dimeric cell surface receptor containing two Ig-like extracellular domains, belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily.
The intracellular region associates with adaptor molecules DAP12, and possibly DAP10, CD3 zeta, and FcR gamma-chain, enabling stimulatory signaling.
CD200R3 is similar to activatory receptors CD200R2 and CD200R4, unlike inhibitory receptor CD200R1.
Primarily expressed by basophils and mast cells, involved in anti-parasitic and allergic responses.
Surface expression decreases rapidly upon activation (within 30 minutes).
Unlike CD200R, CD200R3 does not bind CD200.
