MA5-17801 antibody targets CD62L/L-selectin in FACS applications and shows reactivity with Mouse samples.
The immunogen is mouse B cell lymphoma, 38C-14.
Target Information
CD62L (L-Selectin) is a 74–95 kDa glycoprotein belonging to the selectin family of adhesion receptors.
It consists of:
- An N-terminal C-type lectin binding domain
- An EGF-like domain
- Two short consensus repeat (SCR) sequences homologous to complement binding proteins
- A short spacer region, transmembrane region, and cytoplasmic region
Human CD62L is constitutively expressed on most leukocytes including lymphocytes (except some memory T cells), monocytes, and polymorphonuclear cells.
