Target Information
Zika virus (ZIKV)는 Flaviviridae 계통에 속하며, 단일 양성가 RNA 유전체를 가진 바이러스입니다. ZIKV는 번역 후 절단되어 세 가지 구조 단백질(C, PrM 또는 M, E)과 일곱 가지 비구조 단백질(NS1, NS2A, NS2B, NS3, NS4A, NS4B, NS5)을 형성합니다.
당화된 NS1 단백질은 세포 내에서 호모다이머 형태로 존재하며, 바이러스 복제에 필수적입니다. 감염 후기에는 NS1이 육량체 지질단백 입자로 세포 외부로 분비되어, 선천적 및 적응 면역계와 상호작용하여 면역 회피 및 병원성에 관여합니다.
