Alexa Fluor 594 염료는 594 nm 레이저에 최적화된 밝은 적색 형광을 나타내며, 넓은 pH 범위에서 안정적인 신호를 제공합니다. 높은 형광 효율과 광안정성으로 낮은 발현 구조도 민감하게 검출할 수 있습니다. 평균적으로 IgG 분자당 2–8개의 형광체가 결합되어 있으며, 로트별 인증서에 정확한 표지 정도가 명시됩니다.
