Reconstitution: 25 µL, 50 µL, or 0.2 mL double distilled water (DDW), depending on the sample size.
The antibody ships as a lyophilized powder at room temperature. Upon arrival, store at -20°C.
Reconstituted solution can be stored at 4°C for up to 1 week. For longer storage, aliquot and store at -20°C.
Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. Centrifuge all antibody preparations before use (10,000 × g, 5 min).

ADORA2B encodes an adenosine receptor that is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily.
This integral membrane protein stimulates adenylate cyclase activity in the presence of adenosine.
It also interacts with netrin-1, which is involved in axon elongation.
The gene is located near the Smith-Magenis syndrome region on chromosome 17.
