Target Information
ESRRB (steroid hormone receptor ERR2)는 배아 및 영양막 줄기세포의 자기재생 및 다능성 유지에 관여하며, FGF 및 Wnt 신호 전달 경로를 통해 다양한 유전자 발현을 조절합니다. FGF 신호 활성화 시 ESRRB는 KDM1A와 상호작용하여 ELF5 및 EOMES의 전사를 활성화하고, 영양막 줄기세포의 자기재생을 유도합니다. 또한 망막의 막대세포 생존에 필수적인 여러 유전자의 발현을 조절하며, 해당 유전자 결함은 DFNB35형 난청을 유발할 수 있습니다.
