A phospho-specific antibody directed to the ezrin/radixin/moesin (ERM) peptide that is a substrate for LRRK2 (Leucine-rich repeat kinase 2) and its mutants.
Mutations in LRRK2 are associated with late-onset Parkinson’s disease.
This antibody kit is designed for use in combination with the Fluorescein-ERM (LRRKtide) substrate (Cat. No. PV4901) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
