- MA5-17015 has been successfully used in immunoprecipitation and Western blot applications.
- The MA5-17015 immunogen is a TrpE-Fusion protein produced in X63Ag8.653 cells.
Target Information
Nef is a multifunctional protein of 27 kDa in HIV-1 and 35 kDa in HIV-2.
It induces the endocytosis of CD4 receptor and reduces MHC-1 receptors, thereby enhancing viral infectivity and affecting T-cell signaling.
