SA1-72045 detects the Fab`2 fragment of IgG in human samples.
It has been successfully used in ELISA and Western blot procedures.
The immunogen is purified IgG from normal human serum.
Note: Sodium azide will inhibit the enzyme activity of horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
