Target Information
RAB7B는 엔도좀에서 trans-Golgi network(TGN)으로의 소포 수송을 조절합니다.
TLR9 신호를 음성 조절하여 대식세포에서 TNFA, IL6, IFNB 생성을 억제하며, TLR9의 리소좀 분해를 촉진합니다.
또한 TLR4 신호를 음성 조절하고, 리소좀 분해를 통해 TLR4를 억제합니다.
NF-κB 의존적 IL6 생성을 증가시켜 STAT3와 GATA1 결합을 강화함으로써 거대핵세포 분화를 촉진합니다.
EGF 및 EGFR 분해 경로 조절에는 관여하지 않습니다.
