Target Information
MORG1 (MAPK organizer 1) is a member of the WD-40 protein family and functions as a molecular scaffold for multimeric protein complexes. It interacts with components of the ERK pathway to promote ERK activation in response to serum or other stimuli. MORG1 also associates with EGLN3 (PHD3) and regulates hypoxia-inducible factor 1 expression. It has been purified as part of the spliceosome complex.
