Target Information
TNF alpha는 tumor necrosis factor (TNF) superfamily에 속하는 다기능성 염증성 사이토카인으로, 주로 대식세포에서 분비되어 TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 및 TNFRSF1B/TNFBR 수용체에 결합합니다.
면역세포 조절, 세포 증식, 분화, 세포사멸, 지질 대사, 응고 등 다양한 생리적 과정에 관여합니다.
비환원 조건의 SDS-PAGE에서 약 17 kDa 단일 밴드로 관찰되며, 2~5개의 비공유 결합 단위로 구성된 다중체 형태로 존재합니다.
TNF alpha는 종양 괴사 유도, 면역 반응 조절, 세균·바이러스·기생충 감염에 대한 방어 등 다양한 생리적 및 병리적 역할을 수행합니다.
또한 자가면역질환, 인슐린 저항성, 암 등 여러 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
