Target Information
Vacuolar-type H⁺-ATPase (V-ATPase)는 진핵세포 내 소기관의 산성화를 담당하는 다중소단위 효소입니다. 이 효소는 ATP 합성을 위해 전기화학적 기울기에 역행하여 프로톤을 펌핑합니다. V1 도메인은 ATP 가수분해를, V0 도메인은 프로톤 이동을 담당하며, 각각 9개(A–H)와 5개(a, d, c, c′, c″)의 소단위로 구성됩니다.
ATP6AP1 (ATPase, H⁺ transporting, lysosomal accessory protein 1)은 Type I 막단백질로, 내분비 및 신경세포에서 주로 발현됩니다. 이 단백질은 V-ATPase를 특수한 소포 시스템으로 타깃팅하며, V0 도메인 소단위와 상호작용합니다. 이 상호작용이 파골세포에서 방해받을 경우, 정상적인 골흡수가 저해됩니다.
