Rat IgG2b kappa 단클론 항체는 동형 대조군(isotype control)으로 사용되며, eB149/10H5 클론은 유세포 분석(Flow Cytometry)에 적합합니다.
본 항체는 마우스 비장세포 및 정상 인간 말초혈액세포를 대상으로 검증되었으며, 실험 항체와 동일한 농도로 사용해야 합니다.
형광체 특성:
Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 805 (BUV805)는 797 nm에서 방출되는 탠덤 형광체로, 355 nm 자외선 레이저를 사용하는 유세포 분석기에서 사용 가능합니다.
기기가 해당 형광체를 검출할 수 있는지 확인해야 합니다.
비특이적 결합 최소화:
Super Bright™, Brilliant Violet™, Brilliant Ultra Violet™ 계열 형광체를 함께 사용할 경우,
Super Bright Complete Staining Buffer (Product # SB-4401) 또는 Brilliant Stain Buffer (Product # 00-4409-75) 사용을 권장합니다.
광민감성:
본 형광체는 빛에 민감하므로, 시료 및 바이알은 반드시 암소에서 보관하십시오.
고정 조건:
시료는 IC Fixation Buffer (Product # 00-8222) 또는 1-step Fix/Lyse Solution (Product # 00-5333)으로 고정 후,
4°C 암소에서 최대 3일간 보관 가능합니다.
BUV805는 단기 메탄올 고정에는 적합하지만, 메탄올 함유 완충액에 1시간 이상 보관하지 마십시오.
