Complex I은 40개 이상의 서브유닛으로 구성되어 있으며, 결함 시 다양한 근병증과 신경병증을 유발할 수 있습니다. NDUFV3는 108개의 아미노산으로 구성된 단백질로, 촉매 작용에는 직접 관여하지 않는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
