Product Specific Information
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Target Information
The IKZF3 gene encodes a member of the Ikaros family of zinc-finger proteins, including Ikaros, Aiolos, and Helios—hematopoietic-specific transcription factors regulating lymphocyte development. Aiolos functions in B lymphocyte proliferation and differentiation, often forming homo- and heterodimers with Ikaros during chromatin remodeling. Multiple isoforms are produced through alternative splicing.
