Target Information
The RNF5 protein contains a RING finger motif involved in protein–protein interactions. It acts as a membrane-bound ubiquitin ligase that regulates cell motility by targeting paxillin ubiquitination and altering paxillin distribution in cytoplasm and focal adhesions.
