Na⁺/H⁺ exchangers-1–6 (Na⁺/H⁺ antiporters, NHE-1–6)은 대부분의 포유류 조직에서 발현되는 막 단백질로, 세포 내 pH 및 세포 용적을 조절합니다.
이 단백질들은 세포 외부의 나트륨(Na⁺)과 교환하여 수소 이온(H⁺)을 세포 밖으로 배출하는 2차 능동 수송을 매개합니다.
NHE-1을 제외한 NHE-2~6은 조직 및 세포 유형에 따라 특이적인 발현과 아밀로라이드 유사체에 의한 억제 특성을 보입니다.
