Target Information
LRRC25는 DDX58/RIG-I의 자가포식적 분해를 유도하여 RLR 매개 type I interferon 신호 경로를 억제하는 역할을 합니다. ISG15이 결합된 DDX58과 상호작용하여 DDX58과 자가포식 화물 수용체 p62/SQSTM1 간의 결합을 촉진함으로써 선택적 자가포식을 통한 DDX58 분해를 매개합니다 (PubMed:29288164). 또한 p65/RELA의 분해를 촉진하여 NF-kappa-B 신호 경로와 염증 반응을 억제하는 역할을 합니다. [UniProt]
