The Oncomine IGH FR2-J Assay is a targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay designed for detection of B-cell diversity and clonality assessment. It enables accurate measurement of clonal expansion and highly sensitive detection of rare clones.

Primers are specifically designed to regions of the immunoglobulin heavy chain (IGH) with lower levels of somatic hypermutation, improving primer-binding efficiency.
This assay provides enhanced resolution when used as a secondary or follow-up test after an initial assay such as:

• Oncomine BCR IGH-LR Assay (A45485)

Combined with Ion Oncomine Reporter Software, data analysis and report generation can be completed quickly.

키트 구성 및 사용

The kit provides reagents for library construction and includes dNTPs.
Ion AmpliSeq libraries can be generated from DNA extracted from:

• Fresh or frozen tissue
• Bone marrow
• Whole blood
• Peripheral blood leukocytes
• PBMCs
• Sorted B cells

Requires as little as 50 ng of nucleic acid per pool.
Optimized for sequencing on the Ion GeneStudio S5 System with Ion 530 and Ion 540 chips, enabling up to 18 samples per run.

추가 테스트 활용

When primary test results are insufficient, assays targeting different regions of the V(D)J region can be used for secondary testing to improve detection sensitivity.
The Oncomine IGH FR2-J Assay is suitable for such secondary or follow-up testing.
